• Account info — email, full name, language preference. Only required for booking or admin accounts.
• Booking data — dates, guests, business booked, payment status.
• Analytics — anonymous page views, clicks and search queries to improve the product. No personal identifiers.
• Payment info — handled exclusively by Stripe and Conekta. We never store your card number.

2. How we use it

To run the marketplace: confirm bookings, send receipts, prevent fraud, and improve our content and recommendations.

3. Who we share it with

Only with businesses you book from (your name, contact and reservation details) and with our payment processors. We do not sell personal data.

4. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to privacidad@laguia.com.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for sessions and localization, and anonymous analytics cookies you can opt out of from our cookie banner.

6. Data location

Data is stored on Supabase (us-west-1). We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest.
